General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Definitions

    •    Service Provider: DetSystems Kft. (1097 Budapest, Pápay István u. 5. 8. em. 814., tax number: 32571730-2-43) – the operator of nemethdavid.com nemethdavid.com+2nemethdavid.com+2 (https://www.nemethdavid.com/?utm_source=chatgpt.com).

    •    Subscriber / User: someone who pays for the AI Club subscription and registers on the platform.

    •    Subscription: monthly access to the AI Club platform, content, community.

2. Subject of the contract

The Service Provider grants access for a fee to educational videos, consultations, e-books, and supplementary content available on the AI Club platform on a monthly basis.

3. Registration and conclusion of the contract

    •    The contract is established after the subscriber's registration and the payment of the first fee.

    •    The Service Provider will send a confirmation via email following the registration.

4. Subscription fee and payment terms

    •    The fee: currently HUF 3,990 + VAT/month on nemethdavid.com (https://www.nemethdavid.com/?utm_source=chatgpt.com).

    •    The fee can be settled through the CIB Bank online payment gateway.

    •    The Service Provider is entitled to change the prices, and will notify the subscriber at least 30 days in advance.

5. Termination of subscription

    •    The subscriber can cancel their subscription at any time without prior notice through their own interface on nemethdavid.com+1 (https://www.nemethdavid.com/?utm_source=chatgpt.com).

    •    The cancellation takes effect in the following payment cycle.

6. Availability of services and technical conditions

    •    The service is available with an internet connection.

    •    The Service Provider is not responsible for technical malfunctions caused by third parties.

7. Intellectual property rights

    •    The content of the club (videos, e-books, materials, prompts, etc.) is intended solely for the personal use of the subscriber.

    •    Transfer, copying, or resale is prohibited.

8. Data management and GDPR

    •    The Service Provider manages the subscriber's name, email address, and other necessary data for billing and service provision.

    •    Purpose of data management: ensuring membership, billing, information.

    •    The Service Provider’s privacy policy is available as a separate document on the website.

9. Complaints and complaint handling

    •    Users can report complaints or error messages at info@detsystems.com.

    •    The Service Provider will provide a substantive response within 15 days.

10. Liability

    •    The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect or direct damages arising from the use of the AI content.

    •    The service does not guarantee any results in terms of financial or business gain.

11. Force majeure

    •    In case of service interruptions (network failure, fire, power outage, etc.), the parties are exempt from liability.

12. Notifications

    •    The Service Provider sends subscription confirmations and notifications to the contact details provided by the subscriber via email.

13. Modification of the contract

    •    The Service Provider may unilaterally amend the terms, and will notify at least 30 days in advance via email.

    •    The amended terms will apply from the subscriber's next payment period.

14. Disputes and applicable law

    •    Hungarian law is governing the contract.

    •    In case of disputes, the exclusive jurisdiction belongs to the court where the Service Provider is headquartered.
