The project started with a company group operating in four different areas, which was simultaneously present in retail, real estate leasing, legal services, and IT development. Due to the size and diversity of the organization, daily operations varied significantly by business unit, and the types of tasks, processes, and data were different in each department. It became increasingly clear to the management that artificial intelligence could offer them a genuine competitive advantage; however, first, a unified foundation needed to be established among employees. The aim was to create a program that could be quickly implemented yet would have a deep and lasting impact, providing usable knowledge for all four companies and serving as a basis for future AI developments. To this end, DetSystems held an intensive one-day AI Office training session for the entire fifty-person team, where participants could learn about the logic of how AI works, its practical applications, and how they could begin to use the technology in their own work. During the day, a common framework of thinking emerged, allowing the different business unit participants to understand the same concepts, methods, and approaches, thus establishing a shared language around AI.
