PROBLEM
Responding to the daily inquiries coming to the webshop took a colleague's 2 work hours a day. The task was routine and repetitive, yet it required human attention. Due to the increased volume of emails, it was becoming increasingly difficult to maintain a quick response time.
SOLUTION
We have introduced a pre-trained, custom knowledge AI agent that integrates with the email system. The AI is capable of identifying incoming queries and automatically generating relevant responses. These are either sent by the system automatically or saved as drafts for approval.
RESULT
The colleague no longer needs to deal with this, freeing up 4 hours a day. This means a saving of 1460 working hours annually and a cost reduction of 6,570,000 Ft. Responding has become faster, more accurate, and completely automated.
