The review of CVs submitted for job advertisements places a significant administrative burden on HR departments, especially in cases of large volumes. Manual pre-screening is time-consuming and often poses the risk of excellent candidates being overlooked. This slows down the recruitment process and reduces its effectiveness.
PROBLEM
At an HR service company, colleagues spent 4 hours a day manually processing resumes. The filtering of key competencies and experiences was done manually, which was often inaccurate and slow. Overloaded colleagues were unable to evaluate every applicant properly.
SOLUTION
We have developed an AI agent that automatically analyzes incoming CVs based on criteria defined by the company. The system generates a brief summary for each candidate and ranks them according to relevance. This way, HR colleagues can focus only on the most promising applicants.
RESULT
The daily saving of 4 hours translates to 1,460 working hours annually. This has resulted in a cost reduction of 6,570,000 HUF in the HR department. The selection process has become faster, more accurate, and more resource-efficient.
